Please selectively give champs snowball. Only champs without a dive ability should have one. Champs like etc.

Melee without a dive ability are at a disadvantage to the champs with OP range. So they SHOULD have a snowball mark. Talon and Wu that can snow ball in, ult, are far too powerful.
