Report Garen regen in healed stat and nerf his healing back to what it was before. It's OP.

You're purposely not reporting it because he's fucked up so powerful now its impossible to kill him. Garen with warmogs and spirit visage its gg.

Yet according to the stats...he magically hasn't done ANY healing.
