Why Do I Feel Like I Can't Do Anything As ADC?

A couple games ago I was playing ADC Twitch, and I always feel like I do really well in the early game, but assassins blow me up too fast. During this particular game, the Annie mid went 1/17. You can look it up (don't know how to screenshot lol). I can't do anything against their Leblanc even tough I went 5/0/0 in laning, doing tons of damage. It's BS that I can't actually play LoL because some BS class can blow me up instantly. Kind of a rant post, thanks for indulging me. I'm really triggered right now that I can't actually play the game, if you couldn't tell.

If you find yourself in a situation where a player can destroy you in a second you need to wait for him to burn his cds. Once he's burnt cds, you show up and destroy them all.

Yes you can say that it sucks, you can say that people will die while you wait this guy to burn cds. But if you dont wait you are not going to be in this fight anyway, you'll be at the fountain, dead.

This little rat is in a very good spot now. The amount of damage you can do with twitch in lategame is ridiculous. Just practice a better timing and better positioning, because the rat is really broken now.

That's just playing ADC for you. You build no defenses and everything is trying to kill you (and usually can).
