They are not removing Draft Normal from the game, they are removing it from some regions that have low population and that suffer high queque times. Which do not include NA and EUW.

They said in an IDEAL WORLD IT WOULD BE REMOVED ENTIRELY. It has nothing to do with POP obviously and its evident they are ganging up on Small Regions that wont put up much a fuss, wake up!
