Devourer and Guinsoo

Woah. I was looking on surrender@20 and I realized something; they moved Devourer's passive to Guinsoo, and removed the amount of stacks it needs by 2 (8->6). Is this going to be problematic or no?

It's in combat stacks. They fall off when you don't attack (also the current version of guinsoos rage is being removed)

Well it actually takes longer to ramp up for melee now and less time for ranged. Cause remember right now melees only need 4 attacks to get 8 stacks since they get 2 per attack. But I do think it will be even more powerful and slot efficiency on jax and irelia than it is now.

It's more expensive to build at 3600 instead of 2800.

At 0 Stacks: Old (30 AD, 40 AP) New (35 AD, 50 AP) At Max Stacks: Old (54 AD, 72 AP, 64% Attack Speed) New (53 AD, 74 AP, 48% Attack Speed)

No more bonus damage at max stacks either. Instead you get the old Sated Devourer effect, when you're already at max stacks,

Takes more attacks to stack, has less attack speed and damage fully stacked, is prohibitively more expensive, has no more AoE, has no more AD and AP scaling on the on hit damage, has less base damage on the on-hit damage, loses the attack speed on it's build path. It got gutted very heavily. The item is trash-tier again.
