I've certainly never seen it. It would seem like it might be difficult but you've got the same hyper carry potential anywhere you're fed lane minions... Just wondering if it's a thing or if I'm crazy for suggesting it.

Since Nasus is all about farming, you might have an easier time going bot lane or jungle Nasus rather than midlane, which is usually a little more action-orientated than the rest. That's just my opinion, though.

avoid high sustain matchups like vladimir and somewhat ahri, and you should be fine to repeatedly shove your lane opponent out and be free to stack your Q (more slowly than with Q max toplane but it's not that important) you can get dark seal on your first back to enhance the corrupting+E tactic
