Why troll in ranked... What is there to gain from it?
I mean troll your own teammates... What is the point?

Obligatory "some men just want to watch the world burn"
Some people have the obsession of ruining your game when things don't go their way, without caring about the lp loss. Why? Teen angst and/or ego, I guess. I remember when I was silver I had people who refused to help the team/communicate and just sit at top/bot/jungle and farm all game, because they didn't get a gank or blue buff.
Trolls exist to make people miserable. There's nothing to lose in normals, except the match, but in Ranked, you lose LP and potential ranking, so it's prime ground for trolls to deal the most damage to people. Plus, factor in how volatile people are, and it just feeds right into their sadism.
lol love the default responses of, 'you're int he elo you deserve' I get into a series for b1, and am trolled two games in a row... second game my mid laner chose xin and his build was 5 mobility boots.
Well the rage from my team mates is pretty damn funny. I mean, I don't condone intentional feeding or not trying at all. Shit picking is pretty fun though. Khazix and Fiora support are my favorites at the moment. You gotta try to actually win so you aren't breaking any rules, but meta breaks with shit picks for that meta break tilts people so hard the rage is hilarious.

There are also higher elo players out there who smurf on bronze accounts to intentionally keep other players in bronze. Since DQrelease it has happened to me 2 times....ran into a group of premade smurfs with the clan tag BRNZ5 which stands for Bronze 5. They will get tons of kills and then late game just sit at the fountain and let other team win.
The 2nd time I ran time one of them he intentionally banned my champ i had shown to use and then laughed about it.....which is why now i never show who ima use....if the champ i want gets banned then so be it, i have all champs..plenty others to use........ but im not going to let someone intentionally ban them jus to tilt me.

My favorite is when someone trolls because one person on the team pissed them off.
Better punish the other three people on the team, too. That'll show 'em.
well ...some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
Might wanna git gud at the game on same time too.
You don't get trolls every single game.
