Yes the era of which zed was op is back again, but only with the stupidest issue. That zeds w has a very Low cool down. If you see he can spam it in lane which is horrendous, facing a zed who’s constantly using w e q every 5 seconds is soooo painful. Truth be told his r buff was fine but lower his resistance if he’s going to be buffed riot just picks an assasin to make meta which is already hurting the mid lane.

Either that, or you're so amazed by getting hit by all his abilities in lane that you black out for exactly 17 seconds right after.
If you're referring to mid/late game, it's because he has CDR from Youmuu's, DBlade, maybe BCleaver, and has put points into his W finally.
