Junglers who blatantly steal waves and waves of early game cs

Every now and again I get a real special jungle who messes up my lane when I play top. I love controlling my lane, I freeze it a lot to deprive the enemy of ganks and cs, etc.

It seems like one out of every 6 or 7 games I get a jungler who just comes into my frozen lane and starts stealing cs or who will take 2 waves and push my minions close to the enemy tower but not close enough to reset the wave (and they do this while I am walking to lane). Despite me pinging them to leave, they always do it and then if the enemy top is decent they will freeze the lane leaving my stuck sitting in front of their tower for xp, etc. It really messes up my ability to lane and it sets me back so hard.

I literally want to afk every time a jungle starts doing this to me, there is literally nothing I can do to undo it. I can be 1-0 up 6 cs in the first 5 minutes and then jungle will pull a stunt like this and then its like I instantly lose lane.

It's not a bannable offense however I am sure many laners understand what I'm talking about. If a jungler has enough time to sit in your lane taking 2 - 3 waves they should be in the enemy jungle or getting dragon, etc not trolling their laners.

“Push minions close to the enemy tower but not close enough to reset the wave” and you pinging means that they might have the intention of pushing all the way, but you ping and they think “screw it, he wants a messed up lame im just going to leave it that way then” I’ve done that before. About to push it all the way so it resets when my ally dies and i come to kill the enemy, i start pushing, they ping, I intentionally leave and leave it in a bad spot.

Pretty sure these are just inexperienced players most of the time.

Unless they have a full jungle item they get nothing gold wise .
