DC'd from ranked game but I didn't lose internet connection (was 100 mbps download whole time)

I was playing support in a ranked game and then in the middle of a fight I dc'd. The worse part about it is I saw the whole next 10 seconds of what was happening but I couldn't do anything. I could literally see the champions use different abilities, do this and do that with no fps delay and my connection was still good.

When I exited and tried to rejoin, I kept getting a message saying I couldn't connect. I restarted my computer, logged in and tried again. Same issue, I had great internet connection via Ethernet but I couldn't rejoin the game. The league client lets me see stuff but if I click reconnect it says i can't connect.

No doubt, this is an issue with the League servers as the ranked servers were taken down about 2 minutes after this happened. Please, I don't want to be banned for the server kicking me.
