I never knew smurfing could be this widespread. Symptom of a dying game. Nobody plays "for real" now

Does Riot even play their own game? Queue times are atrocious. Low elos are a clownfest, and not in a good way. No, more in the "why do I even try to enjoy this" kind of way way.

I was trying to get my other account to platinum, and every single game has at least 1-2 smurfs in it. I'm not exaggerating here. 1-2 smurfs or more every single game. But would you believe that my last game had 8 smurfs in it? (9 if you count myself although frankly I suck so let's say 8.5) And they weren't dynamic queued. The other team had 5 solo queue diamond level smurfs on their team. I know because we were talking about it in /all chat. And our team actually won that game because we had 3 smurfs, one of which was probably master level and hard carried my feeding ass to victory.
