Bottom Lane Diversity

This discussion is mostly for Champions who in a way lost their Identity in the bottom lane, Sona being the AURA Support who succeed At Early lane Pressure with her Aura's and Passive harass . Due to that she Climbed the Ladder at dominance at Bot Lane. Wich eventually got her nerfed. Which with me was okay , buuuut :T with the seasons changing more champs just got a WAY better dominance against her (Mostly Tanks ). Even Soraka got her kit tweaked properly which rends her useable now. Janna turned into the Queen of Anti-Harass, Thresh Has pretty good matchups. I would really like to see Sona be Tweaked, as a bot lane support since Season 3 i've seen a LOT of things come and go (RUNIC BULWARK). Is good to see new champs and new kits, it brings much more diversity to the game. But i would love to see the supports get help since we mainly focus on synergy and vision control early. If supports fall behind due to poor adc performance we can't do much (Unless you're ). I've played the game for a long time now and ive always main support, Its my go to Lane. I would really appreciate Tweaking Sona and Taric due to their poor pick %. I mostly say that cuz if u want sustain you go Nami or Soraka. I love bottom lane diversity and all the supports. but Sona GOT me to where i am today. i just want more pick diversity than JUST Janna and Nami with a mix of Thresh Leona. I love League of Legends and most of all i love balance, so please Riot. GIVE SONA SUM LOVE

I feel like lulu is such a bad support. They need to let her be a top and mid mage.

It bothers me when I pick a Darius, Sion, or MF support and my team honestly feels like I'm trolling and we're gonna lose. The feeling is usually offset about 3 to 10 minutes in the game, where all on their own I recieve healthy recognition on the fact that "Hey, Sion apparently can support, gj" Darius gets the most flak, but with his psuedo hooks, slows, micro ignites, and presence (wards too) people can accept him in the vein he's a more offensve kind of Braum with bit less peel for their ADC and a bit more peel for the enemy face.

Or Teemo jungle, where patience and lots of very careful planning can result in countless buff steals, lane camping, and general global wide frustration, if his team is willing to give him the chance to. Strategic Diversity starts as much with us the community as it does Riot by allowing our team mates to try new things they like and may already be good at. I mean, have you went full AP Trist (no ad, all gold and runes and masteries are put into AP and on hit) E + Q a turret with a lich bane? It's hilluryus

I'm making her useful. In solo, I take her mid and build Lichbanes first. Face melting burst at level 3 if the enemy jungle doesn't put you down (bronze 4, they don't). When queuing with friends, I take her (or Nami) as jungle support and let the bot lane level up faster. Speed/sheild/burst into the gank, then speed/sheild out.

I'm a meta breaker. Call me rebel.

I love Lulu support and it's actually the only reason I still play League of Legends. I have noticed as of late it's been harder to perform well than in the past, though. =/

Also, screw Thresh. I hate that guy. He's super mean :(

Lulu supp works is just that with most gap closing champs like Leona and Thresh her slows are PRETTY much useless. And it gives her a tough time :/

I've barely seen namI recently. To be honest with you, bot lane has felt more diverse than ever. The only marksman I rarely see is Twitch, and supports are constantly rotating.

I dunno, my bot lane experience has been awesome lately. (And I kick ass as Sona)

I think Sona needs another rework once they get through the more important champions like Evelynn, Taric, Poppy, and Ryze.

Sona actually has an above average pick rate (higher than Nami) at 8.53% and a (slightly) above average win rate at 51.71%. I would be concerned that buffing a champion that currently has a high winrate and a fair playrate is dangerous. Of course, I understand that winrate isn't the be all and end all of a champion discussion, but the general rule is that you shouldn't buff high win-rate champions if they aren't played only by dedicated "only X".
