Lissandra Lissandra is a champ with way too many bad match ups...and she cant really defend her self till 6. i would appreciate a damage reduction After E or rework her E..the Skill shot is by far on doesnt have of the slowest/worst skill shot speed in the game.Ite to be a damage reduction...but if its a shield the shield needs to be reliable.Lissandra's Mid range can really affect her against a lot of champs.and her Q isnt reliable either.but i would like to see this champ be used, Lissandra is one of my fave champs and i would appreciate a look into her tool kit. <3

I main lissandra in midlane, and I agree. Her E desperately needs a much faster movespeed, and I would like it if the enemy team could not see where it would land.

Her q needs a slow buff ( to .. 35%?), and to apply the slow to all targets. Right now liss feels like a stun with ult+ combo assassin, with no element of slows or cc in her kit. You can game her range with minions on q, but her q's slow is impossible to land on a champion, and worthless when it does.

By no means does she need a rework, but her kit needs some buffs.

Lissandra is by far one of my favorite mid laners, she's amazingly well and great when it comes to disengaging from ganks. Her E does need a bit of rework I agree, but I'd like to see more put into her Q. It's not that easy to land and when it does it's usually because it first struck a minion. I would love to see more Lissandra play since she's honestly an amazing champion, and she can contribute so much to a team.

I think that Lissandra's e, while it is quite obvious, leaves room for not only counter play but also very good play (for example abusing the range on Lissandra's e to get over HUEG distances). There are some positions with Lissandra's e where the indicator is completely missing, therefore surely it means that the more skilled will succeed whereas the less skilled will do worse? Well, that's just understanding her e's mechanics to be honest. I find that Lissandra is a good champion at the moment and doesn't need change.

Fix the bug on her ultimate before anything else. About 1/10 times that you ult yourself you end up rooted and still vulnerable to damage rather than being invincible. I love playing the ice witch, but you would think that an ancient Ice Queen wouldn't mess up her own ultimate.

Love her style as well, but yeah, playing her often feels like a fight an uphill fight. She does not need a rework, just need a couple of small number tweaks.

Her E needs to be faster, as it is it's only used as a gap closer right now because landing it is nearly impossible at long range against a moving target. It's also often not useful as a escape either because it takes too long to get far enough to matter. Increasing the speed will open her combo up to actually use the damage from it for skilled players, in addition it will make it harder to counter her engage since while the claw will still be visible to the enemy team, the higher speed will give a smaller reaction time to counter it. As it is it's so slow people have plenty of time to get ready to whack you the second you port to it.

She needs a small boost to movement speed, even just 5, for a close range mage 325 is just painful.

Her Q needs either a slightly longer range or a bit more damage, without minions around, considering how short the range is and that it's a skill shot, it should hurt more. You put yourself at great risk to be in range to cast it without minions, and the rewards don't match up. A possibility is to boost the first hit damage significantly to reward the risk, while keeping the "splash" longer range the same to avoid overtuning.

Last but not least she needs some of kind of decent small but noticeable defensive boost I have three ideas for it:

Add to her passive an effect that gives a small shield each time she does spell damage to a champion, it does multiply on multi target so the shield amount per hit would have to be pretty small, but add up to something substantial against multiple targets of over hitting all abilities in a row. All her non ult abilities are skill shots so this model would reward good players that can land them all consistently. Plus it would really give her a greater definition as a mage engager. Simplest option but definitely fun/dynamic.

Two alternative approaches (don't know whether they'd be balanced or not):

Make her into the AD version of Kassadin by adding a 15% damage reduction against physical damage and making her Q give her a small shield on hit, but one that only absorbs physical damage.

Make it so she can cast her E twice before it goes on CD, getting 2 charges like Vel'Koz W, and then just let her mobility be her survivability.

It's tough. Lissandra is one of those examples of a Champion Riot began design on before they'd 100% worked out the meaning of the word 'toxic' and then when she came out they realized, oh crap, she's terribly designed. The core of her kit, W and R, are essentially on-click, and one of them's a stun. If she's ahead she just clicks you and you die. Also anyone nearby takes a metric butt-ton of damage.

Hate to break it to you (because I know how you feel, deep in my heart Katarina will always be my main), but I wouldn't count on her getting any buffs until Riot decides to put some actual skill into her kit.
