I'm not playing SR until I find the solution to this

Basically, I am straight up not able to play draft SR, I don't have the chance to declare my pick because whatever I click, it shows up on the declare thing at least 10 seconds afterwards. The same happens during the ban phase but it's a bit less extreme, if I click right after the ban screen loads, it will ban the champ at the end, if anything goes wrong my entire pick thing is screwed and I have 2 seconds to click, which is not enough since it takes 15+ seconds for it to lock in, I was kicked during champ select twice in a row so far, if this continues to persist, I'll have to altogether quit League. For now, I'm gonna be spamming TT or Howling Abyss games because there is no delay (and blind pick SR is stupidly unfun with instalockers and 1/6791027 chance to get the role you want.
