cool you buff something on him that is useless ..........undo the rework is a better idea. Step 2 another idea either be able to ult a spire and move it or something like that and or create a spire and or your spires cannot be captured

Revert juggernaut changes.
Give preseason buffs to the reverted Skarner.
Change his 3 hit passive proc to a heal instead of more damage, since you can already use the stacks for bonus damage on his ult if you want to.

Shahamut1 votesYeah, I get what you are saying, and I agree, I was just pointing out that 45 extra damage and .5 increased stun duration is not "useless" regardless of what kit its put on...
Its just a "stupid" buff, one that doesn't fix any of Skarner's problems (spires, cough) and pushes his playstyle even further from what it was intended to be originally: Sustained damage? Nah, lets give him more burst. >:(

KlydeFrog1 votesi mean i have literally posted this nonstop on this account and my main account and people downvote for not other reason then to downvote and they try and argue about the facts i bring up and they cant argue anything lol. they be like if people are in your spire you do this and this ....im like his old q did the samething and wasnt limited to points on the map next, but ganking is better...not really either having to land q to stun or hitting any 3 things to stun not much better, you could aoe stun if you had tiamat, you cleared faster and could split push but you cant now effectively due to the spires not to mention they can be captured......
