I say this because there is like no other adc in the game that gets a self attack speed steroid like she does period. Sivir needs people in order to do it, Ashe needs to build stacks , varus half ass one needs to kill C's just to gain a little. Am I missing anything. Make her q like ashes q and bam problem solved

Just because he atk speed steroid is unique doesnt mean anything. Every ADC has a steroid to increase their damage. Trist is her Q. Draven is his spinning Axe. Jinx is her rocket/minigun. Twitch and Vayne have their ultimate. Kog has his W.
Its literally half of what makes ADCs ADCs.

Dravens is pressing a button (dont forget he has TWO steroids. His atk spd and MS steroid is completely free and permanent for good Dravens.). Xayah has no condition on her steroid. Vayne has no condition on her 2 steroids (ult and silver bolts). Kog'maw has no condition on his. Twitch might as well have no condition on his for how easy it is to do.
Every adc with an even remotely similar steroid doesnt have to work for it. The only exceptions are when the steroid isnt an integral part of the kit (ezreal gets atk spd for landing skills. Stacks to almost as much as tristana, but can last longer for being harder to use. Varus and Lucian are caster ADCs are rely less on their steroids than tradition ADCs, Varus less so right now with on-hit Varus being the way to go, but thats a separate issue).

Tristana has one of the worst base AS and AS scaling because she has such a strong steroid. If you make that steroid any different, then you have to conpensate on either (probably both) stats, which actually makes her stronger early game, which, if you haven’t noticed, isn’t sometning the playerbase wants.
And what are you talking about Sivir needs people to get her steroid? All she has to do is be level 6 and press W.
Ashe’s Ranger’s Focus works differently because she’s not a pure DPS characternloe Tristana is. She focuses on picks and team ultility more.

Her ult passively causes Ricochet to give bonus atk speed for the duration. This is not modified by attacking more than one person in any way. Ricochet lasts 3 AAs (or 4 seconds, whichever is first), regardless of how long it bounces for.

Twitch’s stealth is not a bad thing. If anything that makes it better, as he can reposition to a better place to attack.
Xayah’s is a “press button, get buff” ability, no different from Trist’s
