Locked out of client during "Low Priority Queue

I recently was given the low priority queue which I rightfully deserved and I noticed that while in this queue, you can not do anything. I think that a 10 min queue is completely reasonable for leaving games. However I still think that you should be allowed to use your client like as if you were queued up for a game otherwise the name "low priority queue" is not befitting. I hope you either change it so you are actually in 10 min bonus queue or just rename it 'Low Priority Lock out'.

bonus: I love all the changes that Riot has made and I'm really looking forward to more fine tuning like the suggestion I made :)
