Everyone knows that champs with skillshots are utterly useless. Just look at Blitz and his 0% winrate.
Edit: And quite honestly, they went very light-handed with these nerfs. Losing 5 movement speed and getting 20sec extra cooldown on his ult won't make a difference on a champ that can have such a huge impact on a game.
I just hope someday tryhard kids will stop playing him and be deadweight to my team and cost us the game.

It's all right if he lands a Q and follow up with his combo and kill me or my teammates. But when he ward-hops and RQQ someone into his team/one-shot them? Where the hell is the counterplay???
If removing the ward-hop is too big of a nerf, they can always buff his lategame to compensate.
There's also no counterplay to getting invaded by someone who has better clearing speed, more mobility, better sustain and can outtrade you any time and jump on you from over the wall or with a ward, or simply one-shot you if you play a jungler that has a poor clearing speed and jungle sustain.
