interface issues

I'd like to be able to click on nasus's portrait and see his last observed stacks, similar to how I can see his old item build even if he's not on screen.

I'd like to have a button that is a mute-all button for chat, as opposed to hunting for the tiny buttons next to each person.

I'd like an option to mute team chat in the settings, similarly to how you can choose to mute /all chat in the settings.
