Here is what the item does for those who don't know 65 attack damage 10% cooldown reduction Unique passive: Dealing physical damage heals for 12% of the damage dealt. (33% effectivness for multi-target abilities.) Unique passive: 20% of damage taken is instead dealt as a bleed effect over 5 seconds.

This is going to super scary on Darius. His bleed will now heal him and combine this with Black Cleaver his bleed will shred your armor as well as healing him.
