"Skarner" my thoughts on his E and E rework Idea

The things that i have seemed to find that his Q and his W is in a good place. what i seen so far its his e is the root to the problem of his kit. no mater how much you buff this it never really does damage its width is bad and range is i guess all right. to tell you the truth i think you should just redesign his E, the only thing its good for is for long chases and using it to slow some on after an ultie its can be a very hard skill shot to hit it has a long cool down and it does no damage.

id rather have an aoe ability with slow, then having a skill shot with good enemy players that are not bad have a 70% chance to dodge. Also even then it does no damage if there that far any ways you not going catch them early game because slow is bad early game and self aware opponents can just stay under turrent, skarner cant do any thing unless he has ultie and if the opponent not a bad player to make the mistake of getting to close to skarner if there under the turret.

hears my idea what his E should be an 450 range Aoe with hybrid magic and ad scaling with 4 second of damage (only applies 1 stack of crystalline poison for the skill) and the first part of the aeo stops all channeling ability's also puts current skills that are up on a 1 second cool down(excluding summoner ability's] and cancels second part ability like leblance second part W and lissandra E Ahri ultie Zeds W and ultie , that starts with a 10% slow to a 20% when maxed leveled and starts with at least a 20-15 second cool down

E- Magical Impulse Skarner causes himself to burst into magical field and crystal shatter from skarner causing ap and ad damage. Skarner will only shatter his crystals from his body, if he no Crystal Energy causing / ad and ap damage burst with out a over team magic field causing damage over (1.5x crystal energy stack) time over every second and skarner shreds 15% of his armor and magic resist for 15s. Skarner applies 1 second cool down to all champions UP abilities (Excluding summoner ability's) that are hit by the first part of the ability's burst damage and stops all channeling ability's and second part ability's (Second part abilitys do affect vlad pool and fizz playful trickster and elise rappel forcing them to come out of there shell but does not apply first burst damage or the 1 second cooldown on upped abilitys how ever does not effect things like Hallucinate, blood well, and frozen tomb how ever frozen tomb can be canceled during it casting time phase and things like zeds deathmark where it only cancels the ability to teleport back to his location) Skarner slows for 10%xCrystal Energy - 20%xCrystal energy when maxed If Skarner has no Crystal Energy his armor and magic resist lose is doubled but the cool down is halved. Skarner can shred his shield from his W to half the affect of shredding magic resist and armor from his E by 50% (Even though this skill can do damage over time this ability will only apply 1 stack of crystalline poison to the enemy) ..............................................................................................................................................................

Since this skill has such a tool on champion i have given it some thing that well punish him for using it certain situations, thing like shredding his shield from his w might be taken off for balance reasons and the shred of his armor and magic resist might also be put up to 20% to 40% which could possibly hurt him very hard late game as a bruiser tank and in team fights because skarner has to hit things to gain crystal energy from his Q

Skarner should be an anti escape champion that wonts he gets to you there no runing away but trying to kite him, that also punishes thoughs that trying to make quick engages into his team mates and those that find them self to far foward
