Ahri's cant chain cc with Charm on snares and stuns bug problem

i have had problem with this when morgana would snare i would wait it out then charm at the last second before it would ware off, Charm would do the damage but the cc would not go off had problem with this with lux snare and other stun ability like panth stun haven't hard this problem with snares are knockups this also would be random
