@riot Can we expect any 1830 skin updates for out-dated skins?

Skins like gentleman chogath and nunubot are.... super outdated, a lot of 1350 skins have a LOT better stuff, but obviously at a much lower price point. When can we expect some updates to these older, "newb trap" skins?
