I just saw a new proxy. It was terrifying.
proxy is pretty dang strong. Lanes until level two, the new Q lets him slip past normal junglers. Once he gets 
he clears as fast as singed.

Im trying this
I tried to do it, but it seems pretty difficult to clear the minions. Do you just go between towers instead of into their base? Do you only do single proxy instead of double proxy?
