335MS is already fairly low, and most top laners build phage/resistances so rammuses main source of damage - magic damage - would be useless.
already makes rammuses piddly dps useless, like it does with malzahar, zyra, and heimerdinger. Why punish rammus for doing what hes supposed to do?
They need to just completely remove the slow on his W. A 60% slow on his W is a joke. The W is where most of his dmg used to come from, now you're forced into maxing E or Q cause W is tragically awful with the slow on it.
I don't think the intention is to deal damage.
The intention is to be disruptive. His ult has a huge stacking slow that will keep people within range of itself even if you're slowed by your W. And a 6 second CD on Q means you can roll around and knock people up a lot more as well.
Eighter they remove the slow or they make it a toggeled ability with no CD. It makes absolutely no sense like it is now. Completely useless
