Report a player and see him in your next game

Probably a lot of us had bad & toxic players Twitch in our or opposite team. I feel it is not good experience when we report them and they are back in our team in the next game (or maybe 3 next games, it happens). Ofc there is a block option but it is kinda ridiculous to block ppl if they just had bad day (some people deserve to be blocked but not every single of them).

Q for a next game and seeing them again isn't gonna feel good for both of us. Happened to me to play same top lane 3 times in a row, finally i had to block his ass :D he wasn't that toxic but just didn't give a f about trying to play any good.

Can Rito make some CD timer so that we don't have to see player we reported for like a day or two in our game. It would be nice. summoner 1

try waiting before queuing up again, that usually works pretty nicely.

I had a guy I added to my block list appear in a game like one year later(cause btw the only thing that happens when you block someone is that they can't send invites or message you).

This would actually make Challenger more annoying then it already is. Queue times would tripple(and they are already long as hell).

It encourages reporting for no reason at all other than thinking a player has lower skill than you so they don't end up on your team. That corrupts the whole review system when trying to find actual toxicity.

When dealing with limited player pools (i.e. the only instance where you'd have a reasonable chance of seeing the same player again anyways) it also can make matchmaking extremely difficult.
