Why are people freaking out over these Draven changes

It doesn't even add that much damage. Say you have 400 total AD at level 18 which means you have 295 bonus AD. Before the changes your Q did 340 bonus damage. After the changes your Q gets 360 bonus damage. Are you all really freaking out over 20 damage? This change also hurts you when behind or at least not when snow balling. Say you are level 11 which gives you 82 base AD and the only AD items you have are a BF sword, a Doran's Blade and a long sword with 11 AD from runes would give you 68 bonus AD for a total of 150 AD. Before your Q would give you 128 bonus AD. After the changes you get 121 bonus damage. It's not a lot but you still lose damage when behind.
