Zero Skill Tank1 votesHis root now becomes either 1s, or 2s when you are fluxed, and using up flux on rune prison costs you quite a big amount of damage. It seems fine for such ability to be point-and-click, it's not like old Ryze's who permarooted you and you couldn't do anything.
