Generally if you wanna climb, its best to focus on getting good at a small pool
I play top and jg secondary aswell.
Top is always Gnar, Nautilus, Poppy or Maokai Jungle is Vi
Worked well for me so far
I play 2 champions for each role personally. but you'll always get bored. so no its not too much as long as you feel confident in your play with them, and use them in the correct matchups when u can
Most high elo players have a single main and a backup at each role in case their main is banned and don't really play any other champ unless it is a hard counter to an enemy pick.
yes and no... im a believer in knowing all champs and what they do ... therefore when you face them with your "mains" you know how to play against them
yes have a pool of about 4-6 champs that you main , but know and play all champs
i have about 20? Is that bad O_O 16 m7's and like 10-15 more I know how to play an feel comfortable on
maybe you could learn one more jungle champ, i like that someone can ban nasus, the enemy picks darius and you can rely on sion mao and olaf but you only have one extra jg in the case that one is banned and the other is picked
personally i play lots of champs because they're all so fun and even for the roles i don't like, i have some good champions for them, i hate going jg but i have
and
(even though ill usually go
jungle just for fun XD) and
and
for adc
