Tanks with high base damage?
I want to know if there is other tank champs with high base damage like sion, maokai,nasus because i really like that play Style being super tanky but still do a bit of damage

every tank does dmg this season you just need the right masteries.
Try Darius, and Morde
Gnar if you consider a full fledged tank.
Do you necessarily want Damage or Impact? Sion is not necessarily a damage heavy tank in the short term for example, but holy crap does a good Ult+Q combo come with a ton of impact.
Look at Malphite, but if you're really looking for actual Damage, look at Juggernauts.
Poppy, Zac, Sejuani, and Amumu.
Most single lanes and jungle tanks will fufill this desire.
I like to spam tank Elise top every once in awhile. It's pretty good if you practice her mechanics, she just has a few bad matchups (Irelia, Riven, which is a skill matchup, Olaf, and Darius). For Build : Sunfire Cape, Iceborn Gauntlet, Spirit Visage, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Guardian's Angel, and boots are up to you (Merc Treads, Ninja Tabi, Ionian). Edit: You want to run 12-0-18, taking Grasp of the Undying top lane.
Try out my boy Cho'Gath and maybe build a Rylai and/or Abyssal for extra damage if you want then hit carries with 400 true damage ults. It's pretty fun stuff
Nautilus has very nice damage especially mid game. His damage starts being pretty bad after Lvl 13~ if you don't have a lead though. And when your damage starts fading your utility is still amazing
Bruisers are much stronger if you like being tanky and actually being able to kill carries all game.
