Curios how you guys over at riot HQ are feeling about Gangplank atm, and what kind of nerfs you may be thinking of (if any) with his worlds Pick/Ban rate. Nerf gold generation? Nerf ult range on earlier ranks? No nerfs at all? (As the marksman item changes may very well effect his current optimal build, maybe have an effect on how games play out) Thanks for reading! =)
I would think, if there was going to be change to him, they wouldn't want to affect his gold generation or let range. Those are really important things for him. What I think they should do is nerf his base damages (especially on those barrels; 100% attack's damage +100 for hitting a champ is kinda big) and increase his scalings, so he can't just build Tri force then full tank and run over anyone who tries to stop his split pushing.
