I suggest you guys try out a substantially lower range on GP's ult, maybe scaling up to be global by rank 3, or maybe just scaling up to a TF ult ish range for a harder nerf.

After seeing GP (my fav champ) banned in every pro competitive match, I don't feel the .2 bonus ad ratio nerf on his passive will be enough to change his banned state in pro play. His ult, which is a lot more consistent now after the rework, is what I believe is the culprit for GP getting so much ban attention. He essentially takes away a great deal of play making opportunities in the early game for the opposing team. Three man turret dive bot or mid? Nope gp ult, sneaking a dragon / rift harald, nope GP ult. It's just a ton of power to have over the entire map at such an early stage in the game. It seems ok to me for him to be able to leverage his ult to save himself and things that are close to him early on, but perhaps not everyone else in the game.

I strongly believe this change would leave GP in a good spot overall. Let me know what you think!

Welcome to modern gaming, where any champion that actually requires counterplay is permaban status. Can't just build against him or play a champion and win with no effort? Welp, he's OP. Permaban.

Even the "pros" refuse to actually put in any effort, and that's why they all play braindead champions.
