When is the earliest stealth ward available

I am not a support main but I am wondering when is the earliest stealth ward I can get. I swear that supports can get them at level 3 or 4, and when I do play support I take eye of watchers and I have to get 500 gold with the relic to get any stealth wards not usually until after level 6. What is the earliest these support champions can get stealth wards and what items are they using to get them?
