Did Fizz Ult Change?

All of a sudden its impossible to hit anything with fizzs ult and I heard it may have been changed does any one know whether or not this is true?

huh well did they make movements more responsive or something because im sure its not me theres something about the game that is making it way more difficult to land

I feel like its harder to hit too lately, I guess it either got hotfixed or people just got used to it lol.

Fizz's ult does not jump back to you if you dodge it, but it used to. I'm confused to.

i mis understood i thought you meant it returned across the screen to you like that one ahri move i guess it used to do that but I know for a fact that I can doge it with trickster

It doesn't go miles to lock on anymore. You have to aim it correctly now

yeah that it dont attatch if you are in the larger circle you have to hit them with the fish now

The normal mentality I see people have referring to Fizz's ult is that it's much easier to hit now but does less damage except at close range. I know I've been hit my it multiple times where I thought, "no way this hit me"
