Control Ward

I put a fucking control ward on top of Teemo's head. Guess what. Nothing happens.

Stop making these fucking stealth champs OP. They should have a counter. All of them. Teemo, Twitch, Evelyn, Kai, Khaz, Akali, all these stealth ass holes.

They need a counter added to the game.
