Ignite Rework Idea

After its recent buffs, ignite has become very powerful in a meta already dominated by excess damage. This rework attempts to redirect its power from upfront burst to allowing it to whittle away at enemies over time.

_Damage Per Second: _ 16-101 ---> 6.4-40.4 (scales with level) Duration: 5 seconds ---> Permanent Maximum Stacks: 1 ---> 3 Cooldown: 210 Seconds ---> 600 Seconds Grevious Wounds: 40% reduced healing ---> 25% reduced healing

These changes reduce the amount of burst damage done by ignite, and instead make it a debuff that cripples the enemy the longer they go without healing. As healing is now more effective under ignite, it will help to boost the powers of healing supports such as Sona and Soraka, as well as drain tanks such as Mundo and Vladimir. Ignite can now stack up to 3 times, increasing the damage with each stack, meaning that the farther into the game you get, the more it cripples the enemy. While this may seem overpowered, the massively increased cooldown keeps it from stacking too early into the game, and means that you must be more strategical in who you ignite.

It's a no for me. Sorry. The Ignite right now is just fine.

So, basically deal free 6 damage per second to the enemy forever? That sounds completely balanced! obvious sarcasm is obvious
