Ranked

I have been playing league for six or so years and due to my ranked history, my placement games, no matter how good i do, i get bronze 5. For example, I won 9 of my 10 placement games and still got bronze 5. I do not see how that is fair or balanced, especially since i carried most of those games as Caitlyn. If something could be done about this, that would be great.

For the first 3-4 years, I had no reason to play ranked, would normally play the placement games or something but that is all. It wasn't until last year that I played the placement games and continued on to try and get higher. I gave up pretty quickly as people who belong in bronze five feeding can get quite aggravating. This year, I decided I want out so I tried my hardest in my placement games to get put at a good starting point, like maybe bronze 3, 2, or maybe even 1. I won nine of the games, only having to be carried once or twice. Here is what I went in my first ten matches

Please explain how that put me at Bronze 5. Something has to be wrong. As well, I do not believe I duo'd with anyone.
