A bug with Akali's Ultimate

I have noticed that when I try to R with Akali, it will apply the damage but will not have me jump to the enemy champion. Its not always constant but happens very often in every game. I have noticed it happen more during team fights but also sometimes when i am chasing.

To replicate it, just chose Akali, get to where you can unlock her R and try to use her ultimate on someone. It will often not make the jump but does apply damage. My last game with her has many examples of it happening. Please fix this because without her jumping to them, it ruins the purpose of the ultimate when chasing someone down.
