Blue essence.

I've been saving up 1700 IP for a couple days to buy champion shards for blue essence. I just saved up enough last night, and got a soraka shard worth 68 blue essence. Blue essence or champion shards should not be worth so much since they are necessary for levelling up champions or activating shards. If they dropped after games the system would be so much easier.
