Rakan doesn't sound like a charmer

Before I say anything, I just want to say that I love with rakan right now, and I am definitely buying him as soon as he is released. I think riot did a great job on him. My only problem is his voice. The voice acting is great, but it seems like "the charmer" should have a debonair voice like ahri, that is sophisticated and attractive. His voice is energetic and lively, and his voice lines make him come off as quirky lighthearted. From his appearence, I did not get that impression at all.
