Possible Herald Change

The Herald buff is to weak at the moment while Herald itself is to strong in comparison to it. This change should aim at making the buff stronger so that the strength of Herald is justified.

Glimpse of the Void [Additional Effect]: While alone the carrier of the buff get warned [there is an purple arrow next to the health bar of the carrier], if an enemy walks in his direction within 3000 units range. If the enemy walks/looks in his direction for 10 seconds, then the carrier and his team get true sight on the target for 5 seconds [turning back for 5 seconds stops the timer but doesn´t set it on cd -> turning back longer than 5 seconds sets the buff on cd, being in combat for 4 seconds sets the buff on cd]. The buff goes either on a 15 seconds long cooldown after the warning or on a 30 seconds long cooldown after giving true sight on an enemy champion.

Herald´s defensive or offensive stats need to be turned down a little maybe as well, but I think this buff could be enough to make the Herald more attractive. And I think dragon would be still more worth worth than Herald, so it wouldn´t lead to situations were one team does dragon and the other one doesn´t try to fight for it and makes Herald instead to compensate the dragon. Unless you are that much behind that you can´t fight for dragon, but then taking towers still would be a better option.

no.

"I have all the vision" buff is exactly the kind of buff that removes counter-play from a successful split pusher. We actually want to be able to catch the damn trynd, so no.

It doesn´t tell you how many enemies are there and where they are or what they are doing, unless the enemy activated the true sight, which reveals only the first champion which activated it and goes then on cooldown.

The enemy has counterplay against it. He can activate the warning, then let the buff go on cooldown [through taking a camp, etc.] and then gank/etc.

A good split pusher will see if your team is with 5 or less people somewhere and would plan accordingly, this buff in this form wouldn´t give them a huge advantage. + The enemy can use the buff to fool a splitpusher with using the warning sign to scare the split pusher [so the split pusher back off for a few seconds in which your team can engage the enemy team].

Tryndamere has other problems than this buff. His kit is in some way broken and needs a rework.

+The reason for changes on Herald are to make him more interesting than he currently is [through either giving him a whole new buff or adding a buff or weaken him], because he doesn´t get much attention from top or jungle and if he gets attention then it doesn´t feel worth sometimes.

Which also means you shouldn´t ignore that objective at all and fight for it if necessary and not let the enemy do it while you damage his tower to compensate for it.

I think "lets make our tryndamare stronger" is a bad direction for the rift herald. I want split pushing to be a viable strategy, but ideally i want it to be done best with non-duelists. split pushing by AA-centric duelists has shown itself to be quite a cancerous meta when it was back in the day and I want to be very careful with these champions to not buff this specific style of play too much.
