Well it's my brother's birthday a week from today and I want to gift him a alistar skin. He always liked the light blue Moo' cow alistar skin. So i was wondering if I can gift chromas.

I don't know if you can gift Chromas but you can probably gift RP.

you can gift him $5 RP and have him buy it himself though. or just get him RP and have him just get whatever.

Emotes should be giftable too! :( I wanted to give a friend the Lee Sin emote but they don't let you gift emotes for some reason.
