Why the hell is autofill on in RANKED

That's got to be a joke right? Does Riot release that autofill is on in ranked? That's going to completely screw everyone over.

Did you know: that before the New Champ Select you had no guarantee of getting what role you wanted, and you could actually get a full group of mains for the same role? Everyone had to have some experience in every lane.

Except it's no longer that way anymore. Some players aren't equipped to be auto-filled in ranked; that has got to be a reason why the system was changed, was it not? I can understand using it for normal games, but by applying it in ranked, via logic, we can assume that less players are going to be playing ranked due to fear of being sorted into a role in which they are unable to perform sub-optimally. One example is myself.
