Right. One of the weakest laners in the game shouldn't be decent after picking up items, right? Gotta have them only spike at 3 items, to make it fair for the Jhins and Caitlyns.

Statikk Shiv + BF Sword is not "picking up items" in the way you're talking about. 3 shotting with 450 movement speed to ensure you don't escape is stupid; fair and square.
