The state of MATCHMAKING

How does a team of Bronze players end up facing a Gold 5 duo? I heard that since people were complaining about long queue times over 2m30s, that matchmaking was adjusted. Is this the result? Pretty sad. Can't learn or improve this way it's just a stomp-fest. So many problems with League this season.

For the last time:** NORMAL MMR IS NOT LINIKED TO RANKED MMR IN ANY WAY.**

Because normal is in no way connected to ranked.

Can't learn or improve this way it's just a stomp-fest.

If you want to learn and improve and not have a shit show, there is a mode which pairs players of the approximately same skill level. You know that right? It's called bloody ranked.

Only way to git gud is to get stomped. You won't get better by playing poorly every game against people who are even worse than you. If you constantly play against better players you'll start to adapt to the higher skill setting. If you can't adapt then that just means you're at your peak or close to it.

I mean I roll around S3-S1

But I play norms like I was B5-B3. I just queue for norms when I'm drinking/bored/whatever and rock out some adc janna, or jungle raka.

FYI almost 60% of league ranked players are Silver 5 to Gold 5 with the average working out to around S3 80LP.

The 2 unranked guys were probably equal to low gold players... they just don't play ranked.

The top 14% are gold 1+ the bottom 14% are Bronze.
