The smurfing is out of hand and you know it

Unreal trying to rank up at low elo with these higher level players laying the smackdown on us. The time to attain your goals is the first 2-3 months of the season and then the smurfs come out and it gets worse over time. I have no idea how people new to this game even stick with it, and since it could be a different person on the same computer there's no way for you to let us know that we may be facing an opponent of higher skill.

The factors against ranking up are: -ragequitters -trolls -inters -people who shouldn't play ranked matches because they aren't good enough -the matchmaking system which has me as a duo facing teams of more people -facing smurfs, which happens more often against me than with me (even though people say differently) -the scripters

Given these factors I still typically pull about a 50% win ratio, BUT THEN I LOSE MORE LP THAN I EARN for winning.

The cards are MASSIVELY stacked against progress.

I have been playing since season one. I can fill, I have mastered over 10 champions, I'm willing to swap roles, I can carry and I'm not toxic. I should be rewarded for persistent daily effort but instead I'm dropping for all of these reasons.

Three of my junglers have left the game early this morning and if those were ranked games I would have to eat it and would not be awarded a Loss Forgiven for this. Also very wrong.

Your game is the furthest thing from balanced, and these myriad issues must be addressed if you want 80% of your community to believe that you even care, or are even trying to make this an enjoyable experience.

I know it can be frustrating for people that don't feel like they're making any progress, but you need to accept the fact that the problem isn't smurfs, ragequitters or inters, the problem is you. Bronze players are really bad at the game and the fact is you can carry games because they mostly have no clue what they are doing. If you're better than them mechanically and macro wise, you will get out of bronze, silver or even gold. They make a shit ton of mistakes, which you definitely need to capitalize on. If you're having trouble where to start improving, I suggest you watch your own replays.

Smurfing isnt that rampant and is just an excuse shitters use to blame someone else more often than not

Looking @ your match history showing terrible builds and stats, ^ applies to you too

In fact its pretty damn hard for people to be in low bronze, nevermind smurfs who would have to waste a ton of time just throwing games to get there, yet all of a sudden when you're in that game they decide to crush? nah

Of course smurfing is a huge issue. Riot has been actively encouraging it ever since that sub level 15 mission went live, before that they were not as obvious about it.

They have been introducing low level missions and challenges all year, and even begun working on reworking the tutorial, many years after League of Legends pretty much stopped getting new players (and lost its last vestige of beginner friendly gameplay.)
