...smurfing is a massive problem. Those are people smurfing looking for duo smurf partners just this past week! How are people new to the game supposed to learn anything with a problem so rampant?

To claim that you have a balanced and fair game and then turn around and allow this is a joke. This doesn't just affect placements but also creates a bad experience for newer players.
