Event Specific Gamemodes

Black Market Brawlers was my favorite game-mode released to date (other than URF but riot said the original isn't coming back)

I'm just wondering if game-modes like Black Market Brawlers, Hunt of the blood moon, and Dark star singularity will return in the future?
