Warwick's New Rework

So I recently played a couple games on Warwick's new rework, I'm pretty impressed how RIOT changed him to be more of an active champion rather than Roar, Ulti, and Q then auto till your dead. I like his current aesthetic and the way his abilities work together. But my main problem is his Q, and his W's blood trail.

First of all, his Q. For most of the time, when I tried to hold it down, about 50% of the time it just didn't work, after playing a game with him I felt as if I was just using it wrong, but I got into a custom game and tried it on bots and minions and sometimes it just wouldn't work, most of the time at max range, but also sometimes when I was point blank. I would put my cursor over the enemy and hold down Q, and just sometimes it would work, and sometimes it wouldn't.

And second of all, his E. When following the blood-trail towards enemies sometimes i just wouldn't get the movement speed bonus, I understand that it is out-of-combat bonus movement speed but sometimes when just walking through the river following the blood-trail perfectly, it just wouldn't give me the move-speed buff.

Please comment if anyone else is getting these problems or if it's just me, I wanna know if its an actual bug or if I'm literal trash [slayer-jinx-catface]
