Champ Select bug

I Just bought Shyvana and I wanted to try her out in a Player V. Bot game. So, I start to search for a game solo, it takes around 5 seconds, then I find a lobby. I pressed "Accept" and when all 4 of the other players it stopped to load for half a second, then the League of Legends window went completely black, I looked up on the internet for a couple resources to see if anyone got the same bug, a couple minutes later, I went back to the League window and it was back to the normal home screen with the "Play" button at the top. I thought it fixed itself. When I started to search for another game, it gave me a 5 minute ban! I'm really confused and I would like to know what happened. I cry everytime
